The Lab is our learning and engagement platform where individuals and cohorts work through programs, submit tasks and track progress. You can open it from the footer of any page (Enter Lab).

The first step is to browse and select a program and make payment (if required). Then proceed to the Lab, choose the join tab, and fill in your details with the Organisation Code that was issued to you.

Only if your program requires one. Leave it blank otherwise. For paid programs, payment codes are directly and uniquely issued once payment is made

Your cohort admin can see your name, email, WhatsApp number, progress and submissions. See our Privacy & Cookies page for the full list.

Our website sets none of its own. The Lab uses only what it needs to keep you logged in.

Programs that offer one will issue it on completion. Certificates confirm completion; they are not accredited qualifications.

Yes. See Run Your Own Cohort, then request access and we will help you set up.

Fees are flexible and agreed per cohort. Tell us about your program and we will confirm a fee in writing.

Your own organisation space, a code to share with participants, and tools to manage participants and review submissions. Note: For a paid cohort you are running on our platform, you will issue unique payment code to each of your participants as the admin of that organisation running the cohort

Yes. You set the price and collect it yourself, including through payment codes you issue. We do not take a share unless we agree so in writing.

You may use it only to run your cohort. The details are in the Organisation Terms.

You can stop any time. You then have 30 days to export your data before it is deleted.
