Organisation Terms

Last updated: 19 September 2026

These terms apply to anyone who creates an organisation in the Crea8it Lab to run their own cohort ("you"). They sit alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy & Cookies policy. By creating an organisation you accept them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.

1. What you get

A private organisation space in the Lab, an organisation code to share with your participants, and tools to manage your program, participants and submissions. Your WhatsApp contact is shown to your participants so they can reach you.

2. Fees

  • Fees are agreed with Crea8it for each cohort and confirmed in writing (an email or WhatsApp message counts). No fixed price list applies.
  • The fee, currency and payment date are as stated in that confirmation. If you add participants, programs or time beyond what was agreed, the fee is agreed again.
  • If an agreed fee is not paid by its due date, we may suspend your organisation after 7 days' notice. While suspended, you and your participants may not be able to access the Lab.
  • Fees are not refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Any taxes are your responsibility unless the confirmation says otherwise.
  • A discount or special arrangement for one organisation does not apply to any other.

3. Your participants' money

You set what you charge your participants and collect it yourself, including through payment codes you issue. Crea8it does not take a share of those payments unless we agree so in writing, and is not responsible for refunds or disputes between you and your participants.

4. Participant data

  • You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use your participants' data, and for telling them how you use it.
  • Use participants' names, emails and WhatsApp numbers only to run your cohort. Do not sell or share them, or use them for unrelated marketing.
  • Keep submissions and reflections confidential.
  • Follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. For the data held in the Lab we act on your behalf as your hosting provider, as described in our Privacy policy. Pass on to us any request from a participant to delete their data.

5. Content and certificates

You own the program content you create and give us permission to host and display it in the Lab. Crea8it owns the platform. If you issue certificates, you must not describe them as accredited unless they are. You are responsible for who receives one.

6. Acceptable use

The acceptable use rules in the Terms of Service apply to you and to your program content. You are responsible for the conduct of your cohort admins.

7. Suspension and ending this agreement

We may suspend or end your organisation for non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of participant data. You can stop using the Lab at any time; fees already due remain payable. After the agreement ends you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it.

8. Availability and liability

The Lab runs on third-party infrastructure and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above; changes do not alter a fee already agreed in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact: [email protected].
