Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use crea8it.com or the Crea8it Lab. By creating an account or using the Lab, you agree to them and to our Privacy & Cookies policy. Organisations that run cohorts also accept the Organisation Terms.
1. Who can use the Lab
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused. One person, one account.
2. How programs work
Programs in the Lab are run either by Crea8it or by an independent organisation (a "cohort admin"). You join with an organisation code. The organisation, not Crea8it, is responsible for how its own cohort is run unless we say we run it.
3. Payments
Any program fee is agreed with, and paid to, whoever runs the program, using payment codes or other methods outside the Lab. The Lab does not process payments. Refunds are governed by the terms of the program you paid for. Crea8it is not a party to payments between learners and organisations.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit work that is not yours, or that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone's rights.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Lab or other people's data.
- Do not share your account, or use other participants' contact details for anything unrelated to the program.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us and your cohort admin permission to store, display and review it to run the program. Crea8it's platform, name and materials remain ours (or our licensors').
6. Certificates
A certificate confirms completion of a program. It is not an accredited academic or professional qualification. We or the issuing organisation may withdraw a certificate obtained dishonestly.
7. AI and learning content
Programs may involve AI tools whose outputs can be wrong. Learning material is educational and is not professional, legal or financial advice.
8. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove accounts or organisations that break these terms or put others at risk. You may ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).
9. Availability and liability
The Lab runs on third-party infrastructure and is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, Crea8it is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us directly in the previous 3 months (which may be nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Contact: [email protected].
